What does your professional-space consultation include?

I begin by learning about the office, the people it serves, and the atmosphere you would like the space to convey. I then evaluate the areas where artwork may be appropriate and develop a proposed selection of photographs, sizes, and placements. Once the selections are finalized, I coordinate print production and delivery and can supervise the placement process.

How do you choose photographs for a particular office?

The selection grows out of both the physical space and the character of the organization. I consider factors such as the people who use and visit the office, the mood you would like to establish, existing colors and furnishings, available wall space, and the relationship of one photograph to another.

Website pricing applies to individual fine-art print purchases for collectors. Projects for professional spaces are priced separately through a customized proposal tailored to the space that reflects the scope of the project, the selected artwork, and the consultation and coordination services I provide.

Can we be involved in choosing the photographs?

Absolutely. The process is collaborative. I narrow the possibilities and make recommendations, but we work through the selections together so that the final group feels appropriate to your organization and your space.

Can you work with our existing décor and furnishings?

Yes. The goal is not to redesign the office but to select artwork that works thoughtfully within the environment already there. Existing architecture, furnishings, colors, lighting, and the scale of the walls all become part of the selection and placement process. I am happy to collaborate with interior designers or decorators who are part of your team.

Do you provide the framing and printing?

I coordinate production of the final selected photographs with my professional off-site printer and arrange for the finished work to be shipped to your location.

Is the selection of photographs limited to what appears on the website?

No, it is not. I have many photographs taken over the last 35 years as a professional photographer and am still actively photographing new work.

Can we begin with just one area?

Yes. A reception area, conference room, or other key space can be a good place to begin. The selection can stand on its own or become the starting point for adding related work elsewhere in the office later.
